Join us on Zoom to discuss Spent by Alison Bechdel. A new graphic novel from the prolific Bechdel, here is a humorous romp staring a cast of characters whom we have grown to know over the years. Although it’s the lightest of comedies, the book actually tackles a rather sober question: Can you be a good progressive if you’re a safe and privileged member of the upper middle class in a society tainted by oppression and selfishness?
