To submit an event, please send details about your event to editor@tucsonpeacecenter.org. These should include the event date, time, location, description, contact info, and website url if registration is necessary or to provide further information. Please include other pertinent information, such as if there is any cost, RSVP requirements, special instructions, etc. You can also send flyers, images and other event-related materials to this address to be considered for inclusion in the print Calendar.
Submit your event info in the body of the email, with images and flyers as attachments, or as a Word document.
Events should be relevant to peace, justice, environmental or other related issues.
All events submitted to the online Calendar are considered for the print version of the Calendar, which is mailed out at the end of each month. Because the print version has space limitations, events submitted by members of the Tucson Peace Center have priority.
To ensure that your event is considered for the print Calendar you should submit your event by the 15th of the preceding month (e.g., August 15th for the September calendar). Please email editor@tucsonpeacecenter.org if you want to receive announcements and reminders about the event deadlines or if you have questions about how to submit your events.
