Description: Senior Pride provides support to LGBTQI+ adults ages 55+ for advance medical care planning. Our goal is to encourage each of us to talk about and document what’s important so that we can live well and end well.

Senior Pride’s free community workshops offer education and insight about advance healthcare topics like power of attorney and living wills and provide necessary legal documents.

This workshop is followed up by Meet & Complete Sessions, where you can get one-on-one help completing the forms.
