Senior Pride provides support to LGBTQI+ adults for advance medical care planning. Our goal is to encourage each of us to talk about and document what’s important so that we can live well and end well.
Our community workshops offer education and insight about advance healthcare topics like power of attorney and living wills and provides necessary legal documents.
Participants can join in-person or virtually on Zoom.
This workshop is followed up by Meet & Complete Sessions on June 17th and June 24th, where you can get one-on-one help completing the forms.
