One Year of Solidarity with the Tucson VA

Date: Friday, April 10th

Time: 9:00 – 11:00 AM

Location: S 6th Ave. & W Veterans Blvd. outside the Tucson VA’s 6th Ave entrance

Who: Southern Arizona Community Activists, Veterans for Peace, Honest Arizona, local community advocates, and more to be announced!

During this rally, there will be a speaking portion featuring community members, veterans, and elected officials, and a short march from the 6th Ave entrance to the Ajo entrance, led by community advocates. More details to come on the march.

Signs: Please bring signs that show solidarity with the VA and/or veterans, or call out the actions that are impacting them.

Parking: Please don’t park inside the Tucson VA campus. Parking is available in the neighborhood and surrounding businesses (e.g., Church’s, Family Dollar).
