Our focus this May Day is three-fold:
To organize around our vision for free college for all students
To make the University of Arizona a sanctuary campus, keeping our school safe for workers, safe for students, and safe for immigrants
To build an alternative power structure that works for us, NOT billionaires and corporations
The University of Arizona is the second largest employer in Tucson – our labor powers our university. It’s up to us to organize and act together to create the future we want.
