Our goal is to encourage each of us to talk about and document what’s important so that we can live well and end well. \nOur community workshops offer education and insight about advance healthcare topics like power of attorney and living wills and provides necessary legal documents. \nParticipants can join in-person or virtually on Zoom. \nThis workshop is followed up by Meet & Complete Sessions on June 17th and June 24th\, where you can get one-on-one help completing the forms.
